Applicants are not required to visit the Ministry physically for verification. Everything — from form completion to payment, document upload, and result delivery — happens through this portal.
Your institution must send transcripts directly to the Ministry via official email. Transcripts submitted by applicants themselves are not accepted for verification purposes.
WAEC and NECO examination results are checked directly against the examination bodies' online result-checker systems as part of the verification process.
